Landscape Child Theme

More good stuff for the photographer and/or artist in the family to show off your goods. Another excellent theme with an extra large image on the homepage. This page cycles through all the images in your “gallery” or whatever you choose to name it. It has a dark grey background which really makes the photos pop out! Again, an excellent choice for a very visual person who wants their images to be the prominent focus of their site.

If you ask me, images make a world of difference, they get my attention all the time.  The simplicity of this theme will work wonders for the art you create!

News Child Theme

Newspapers are dying all over the country (the ones actually made of paper), but trees everywhere are breathing a sigh of relief! If I were a tree, I would be doing my happy dance because everyone is turning to the internet for their news.

I was just outside and the tree in the front lawn told me this theme is highly recommended. It must be true, I swear that tree rarely speaks and only does so when he has something important to say. I don’t know his name….apparently it’s hush, hush, and he’d prefer to stay anonymous.

I will respect that and just go on to say, if you want a newspaper-styled theme, you just found it. Of course, this theme can be used for anything and everything under the sun. It just happens to resemble a good old fashioned newspaper.

Amped Child Theme

Here is an electrifying theme if I ever saw one. Obviously, this theme is the choice for some high-voltage, music related subjects. Maybe you just want to write reviews for music? If you are in a band, this theme can infuse the music into your fans in an energizing and revitalizing style.

No limits on this one…Amped has a grunge look to it and is really appropriate for far more than music. Possibilities include, bands, songwriters, nightclubs, tattoos? Probably not a good pick for a nursing home or a floral arrangement store. Unless it’s a goth floral arrangements store…..is there such a thing?
